After reading numerous reviews on the FlowMaster Outlaw exhaust system, I decided to have my local shop do the install. They explained to me that it was a simple straight forward install with some issues that needed to be addressed. They proceeded to tell me the provided clamps were not enough to hold the connections together securely. I also read of this issue in many product reviews. It shouldn't be this way, but that is precisely why I took it to the shop. Simple fix was for them to tack weld the connections, then clamp it down. Also, they fabricated a new hanger to replace the additional one provided in the kit. The included hanger was on the short side and the drivers side of the exhaust just didn't sit right. I am very happy with the looks and the sound of the exhaust on my 1500 crew cab Silverado. Now it sounds like a truck. Awesome!!!!!
