Heartthrob Exhausts work great with stock and modified vehicles, especially those with high-flow induction and a tuner/programmer. All Heartthrob Cat Back, Header Back, Diesel, Manifold, and Deep Tone Exhaust Systems come with all the tubing, hangers, clamps, and instructions you need for an easy installation. Most include your choice of turbo, straight-through, glass-packed, or Heartthrob Velocity Series mufflers, or no muffler at all.
The Heartthrob Cat Back mounts right in place of your old exhaust on your existing mount points, making installation a simple strip-and-bolt process. Note: some minor cutting may be necessary to remove your old exhaust.

I installed this on my 1990 dodge RAM d150 with a 5.2L 318. Delivery was fast it came on a Friday so I could install it on Saturday. It is so much better than the stock exhaust. The sound is exactly what I wanted. Easy to install, affordable, and sound great for the money.

The instructions are a little bit confusing as far as where to mount the hangers. And initial alignment of the pipes was tricky. Also it would be nice if they came with tips. Other than that nice sound quality. And you can feel the truck breathing better than stock.
