I didn't have the strength in my hands to complete the installation by getting the floor hooks through the grommets; so I had a man complete that part of the job. Other than that, the installation was done "instantly". They look very "dressy" and not at all like the "truck-like" appearance of other water-proof ones. Also, in the picture on the website, it looked as though the outer edge of the floor mat stuck up above the edge of the door jamb on the driver's side, but they don't do that at all. They look wonderful and I'm so glad I bought them!
