I needed to amend my order within a day of placing it and that was accomplished easily and professionally. The product arrived within a few short days of my placing the order and it was securely packaged. The thickness of the floor mats is much thinner than ones I purchased 15 years ago from another company, but the durability may be the same - time will tell. I would have liked to see the sides of the mats banked higher to catch any spills or snow run-off, which I question whether these will--but again, time will tell.

I am able to lock the driver side floor mat on only the side closest to the door( lock toward console will not lock). No way to lock passenger side down. Slides forward an back. Right side of passenger mat has a bow in it. Really disappointed

Fit is very good! This is the second set I have purchased. First set was for 2005 Camry XLE and were still in good shape when I gave it to my son after owning it nearly 9 years and 349,000 miles. This new set for Avalon fit even better and seem to be great also.

These are fine, but the fit in my 2013 Avalon was less than perfect in both the front and rear. All in all, the quality is not as good as the Husky Liners I have in my 2012 Camry, and they are $75 more than those were. This is why I gave them 3 stars for quality. If the Husky Liners are available, I would recommend considering those instead.
