The mats fit perfectly in my new 2017 Ram 1500, after trimming the rear mats as instructed. Total time to install was about 15 minutes. They have high ridges and can accommodate plenty of snowmelt. I like the way they attach to the floor, because I had the gas pedal get stuck under an unattached mat on another truck when I had it floored while pulling a trailer uphill - luckily I was able to reach down and dislodge the pedal - under different circumstances, it could have been disastrous. Good, safe design on these new mats. Well worth the extra bucks!
