  • Stay cool in the summertime with the WeatherTech TechShade Sun Shade. There is nothing worse than stepping into an overheated automobile. Thanks to this durable sunshade, you won't have to worry about leaving your car's interior unprotected in a muggy parking lot or burning your hands on a hot steering wheel. The WeatherTech TechShade Sun Shade comes equipped with a reflective film that bounces back harmful UV rays while helping your vehicle's interior maintain a comfortable temperature.

Available in one-piece to cover your windshield, the TechShade Sun Shade is also available in a full four or eight-piece set (depending on your vehicle) to cover your side windows and rear window as well. The resulting full coverage design will reflect sunlight from all angles, keeping your interior far cooler and free of damaging UV rays. While the reflective side bounces UV rays and sunshine outward, simply flipping each cover around will expose a patented heat-absorbing technology designed to attract wintertime sun rays to prevent frost build-up and warm up your interior.

Custom-made to order, this kit will fit your vehicle exactly and each piece easily rolls up for storage. A flexible foam core makes each piece lightweight and pliable. Made in the USA and backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Almost perfect fit. One piece is too large which is an easy fix. One is slightly small, leaves gaps. I've made custom shades. It's not an easy task. Overall, I am still 100% satisfied with this product. I highly recommend and would purchase again if needed.

At first look the shades are pretty flimsy. Not what I would normally have expected from Weather Tech. The windshield, driver, passenger and rear passenger windows fit pretty well but the shields for the cargo compartment side windows are a joke and just fall out of the window and the weatherstrip won't hold them in place as with the other windows. I had to install small pieces of velcro for those to work. I probably wouldn't recommend this product.

Let me start off by saying it’s a great sunshade and works well to keep heat out of truck. But the practicality of using it on a daily basis is a little tricky. It’s a bit awkward to take down and put back up. It does not fold up (only rolls up) and you have to do it just right to get it to roll small enough to be able to close the Velcro strap that goes around it. It’s kind of awkward to store once rolled up. (I have a double cab so can’t just toss in the back like you can with an access cab, since people sit back there). And it’s pricey! It’s definitely not $60-$70 worthy. If you can get one on sale, maybe half price, sure. It does work well at covering the whole front windshield and keeping sunlight out. Can’t recommend at current price point.

I've used a less expensive sunscreen in all my automobiles for a long time. After this last one started to fail, I decided to invest in the WeatherTech brand. It is noticeably cooler in the car than the others I've used and it's very well made. It's worth the investment.

It fits my 2022 Tucson, and it’s made by WeatherTech—enough said. It’s a little pricey, though.
