My email response received also said to call where the phone representative was helpful in reviewing instructions to answer questions before my purchase, and he even called the manufacturer to verify answers. Placed my order over the phone, and received the product in less than 5 days. Very pleased with my experience with AutoAccessoriesGarage, and the Steelcraft STX100 product.

Purchased the Steelcraft STX100 running boards for my Pathfinder. All hardware was included for installation and mounting. Brackets were wrapped in color coded bags to differentiate left/driver from right/passenger. Brackets were also stamped (left, right, front, back, center). Install took more than an hour for each side. Able to install without having to remove my dealer installed mud flaps, and did not have to drill thru weld pinch for install of the running boards. Take your time to read the install instructions (like which way should bolt plates face), but found the instructions and pictures easy to follow. Very pleased with the product, install, and finished look. My only complaint - I wish extra 6mm t-bolts for the running board were included. I broke one due to over-tightening while adjusting the running board, and that's not something I can find at a big box store.

The running boards were very nice. One problem the front passenger side brace is too close to the rear brake line could rub a hole in it. I had to modify this brace.
