Easy install. Direction were clear and precise. All parts were accounted for. Looks great on My new GMC Sierra.

The fasteners for the side rails were correct, but the needed bolts, nuts, washers and lock washers needed to attach the back plate were not provided. It cost me another $34.00 to go to the store and get what I needed.

I like the board look, the brackets do not work on a 2015 model & there is a factory bracket in the way on the eco-diesels. I don't know about the gas models. It took longer to install since I had to get new bolts & figure out if the board parts would work.
