GMC Canyon Running Boards, Side Steps and Nerf Bars

I would like to thank you guys for having such a good site easy to work and when I spoke the person on the phone they were very helpful, my online ordering was easy, my order came like 3 days later - that's fast! The running boards simple to install took less than 90 minutes. I highly recommend Westin Boards!

Step bars were packaged well to prevent damage. Each bar was enclosed in a protective plastic, one clear, one red so that you wouldn't confuse driver side for passenger side. The chrome finish was outstanding. The only criticism I have is that I wish the step pads felt just a little more rubberized. After the installation, the bars felt solid when standing on them. Ok. I said the installation took 1 to 2 hours which is true, but I did not have a lift and so I was up and down crawling underneath the truck and I'm not the youngest buck. Honestly, if you have access to a lift, you should have the installation done in 15 to 20 minutes. If your eyesight is like mine, I suggest watching a video first to get familiar with the installation process and then use the instructions to insure you assemble the washers, bolts screw caps etc correctly.
