Product was well protected in package and undamaged. I was missing one small mounting washer in the hardware kit. I notified Bak online and they immediately shipped me a new hardware kit at no charge. I performed the modification found in some Youtube videos online to add an elbow/nipple to the end of the drain tubes and snapped them into a hole I drilled in my drain plug covers. This looks much cleaner than removing the plugs and shoving the tube into the holes. I have a 2013 Tundra with factory bedliner, so if you also make this mod here's a few relevant tips: When you drill the plug, there will be a gap between the bedliner and the actual drain plug. The bedliner layer is thin and may tear a little, but do not panic, you have not destroyed the real plug underneath. Keep drilling through it but don't overtravel or your bit may scratch the back of the cab. Start with a smaller bit than needed and work your way up until the fitting will pop in with a firm push. The nipple I bought had coarse threads and did not screw in like in some of the videos, but snapped in snugly with no need for a nut on the back side. Installation of the cover itself took about an hour, going slowly to make sure I had everything aligned and centered perfectly. At first I had the cover itself too far forward and and although the back seal did sit on top of the tailgate, it seemed the gap underneath would have made work too easy for malicious people with prying tools. I unbolted and slid the cover back to a near seamless fit while the front also seemed to now fit better. My only complaint is that I seem to have a small leak about halfway down on the rails on each side when it rains. I have yet to crawl underneath and pinpoint the problem to determine if some silicone will rectify. All in all a quality product, good customer service response, looks good and AAG was definitely the right place to buy for good price and good shipping.

Easy to install, keeps water out. 95% water tight. Not cool to the touch in 90+ weather.

Installation was very easy- I am having a couple of issues with small leaks, but I don't believe it is the cover, it is a space by the tailgate.
