Installation on my F150 was quick and easy: three clamps on each side, attached a weather seal, and a quick tension adjustment. Done! The cover is easy to open and close, and taking the cover completely off is simple as well (no tools required). So far the cover has been close to water tight in normal use (and it's possible the very small amount of water is actually coming in through gaps in the pickup bed itself). Only exception is going through the car wash, but that involves a lot of water spraying at odd angles (so not a big deal). Very happy so far!

I have not had the cover for very long, but so far I like everything about it. It looks good, took very little time to install and works very well. We have had plenty of rain the last couple of days and it has stayed dry in the box of the truck.
