Great product, fits perfectly, looks factory on 2013 Ford Escape. I would recommend this hitch to anyone. Installation would have been easier with a few extra instructions. 1. Lift the hitch in place and secure it with punches in the 4 mounting holes. 2. Fish the wire with bolts and washer attached 1 at a time through the frame and out the mounting hole. 3. Install nut on each bolt but do not tighten until all bolts are through. I fished all 4 bolts through and then lifted the hitch in to place. As I was pulling the fish wires through the hitch holes, the hitch slipped and sheared 1 of the wires off leaving the bolt inside the frame. It took me over an hour to get the bolt back out.
