Easy to order arrived in secure box, one of the springs in the foot bases had fallen apart but could be put back together easily.

This was installed on a brand new 2019 Ford F350 SuperDuty Limited by professional installers at the dealer before I picked up the brand new truck. I picked the truck up in a heavy rainstorm, so I got to see it's water resistant properties. The bed was completely dry! The cover retraction and deployment is very smooth. The cover is quite solid. It looks great too.

Haven't used yet, but did set up and looks good. Should be great for adding bike racks, box, or ski rack over the bed.

Just toss out the little black washers as well as those plastic spacers and you're installation will be less than 30 mins. Not sure why they were even included since there's no way it will fit with everything mounted according to the directions. The plastic spacers didn't even fit the channel. Installation is a breeze without it though.
