Took 4 hours to install, and instructions could be more detailed, didn't instal easily. I have owned and installed two other covers, loved them both, thought I would try the Rollbak G2 but I'm a little disappointed.

For the most part this product was what I expected. It is not water tight and the install was a bit more complicated than the instructions made it out to be but now I could install another in the 1 hour time frame listed in the instructions. I did have an issue while doing some light four-wheeling on the beach and that was that on 3 separate occasions the cover retracted all by itself after hitting some bumps allowing sand to enter the bed area and covering everything in there. On the road I have had no such issues though, and overall I am satisfied with the product.

It is the best made cover I have seen Yet.The only thing I wish is they could have made the roll and cover smaller and closer to the cab.The box on this crewcab is already the shortest I've ever owned.I live in nothern MI and I like the fact that it does not have any lock or latch on top to get frozen,or vinyl to get sun baked.

My second rollback cover...hardware has changed a little, possible cutting back on the quality on the clamps that hold the cover rails to the bed. Looks great!

UPS dented a rail but they were very happy to replace it. They also forgot the tail gate seal but shipped it quickly. Overall value is excellent but workmanship is 4 of 5 stars...

I was reluctant to purchase this product because I had read several bad reviews as far as installation was concerned on a competitors web site. I guess they have some not so smart people installing this product. This was one of the easiest product installs I've delt with. I did have one or two questions that were not very clear in the instruction manual, but the on line install video answered them for me. Product looks great, and operates as advertised. The only reason I give a 4 on performance is because I have yet to see how well it keeps water out while driving down the road in the rain.

The cover came two days early,I installed it in an hour and a half, then the next morning I try to roll open, no luck. So I crawl in and take it all apart! Then find the problem was the cover hangs up on the very end of the track, on the right side of the truck. No big deal, I adapt and now I can say I know how to do anything to that cover I need to to fix or upgrage it. Overall I am very happy with cover and the learning experience

Excellent cover, looks fantastic on my truck. I get a lot of compliments and the installation was very straight-forward. Keeps everything dry and safe and the intermittent locking is a very nice feature!

This tonneau cover looks great. The installation hardware holding the canister is on the weak side. For a 4X4 offroader having the canister held by four small screws can be a problem. After hard wear and tear the canister can come off. Also the shims can move in the installation process. Overall the product is made of good material and looks nice. A tip to the manufacture is to reinforce the angle bracket for the canister and provide a locking handle in the kit for different models. If you do this charging $800 to $1000 would be worth it.

This kit is relatively easy to install. It is well packaged and the components have good engineering designed into them. I'm pleased with the functionality of the roll up concept and with the looks. I shopped around for a while and no other tonneau did it for me. Highly recommend, would buy again.

It is a good looking unit easy to install I did it myself in about one hour. How ever its not waterproof enough for me tends to leak at all four conners. I have doubts about the water running up thr track to the holding tank.

Well the cover and rails seem to be very nice quality; unfortunately the mounting hardware is the cheapest you could buy. If Bak spent $20 on stainless mounting hardware it would have gone a long way, but they did not and really diminishes of the overall quality as well as fit & finish. The clamps supplied are low quality, screws are complete garbage, and the instructions should have clearly explained the difference when installing with a bed liner or without. There are many companies out that make better products, I will not be buying anymore BAK products. As far as Auto Accessories Garage, they are excellent!

What was supposed to be about a 45 minute install took almost 3 hours. The instructions need more work. I ran out of instructions before I ran out of parts. The first item to attach to my truck bed was the brackets. They were not marked Left or Right, but I got lucky and attached them to the correct side the first time. I mis-installed a couple of the shims at first and had to relocate. Didn't fully realize that clearance was needed behind the shim for the clamps until the shims were in place. My fault for not looking at the location a little closer. I still need to adjust the rails and clamps a little this weekend. Overall I am pleased with the appearance of the cover. Only time will tell as to the durability and functionality, but so far am pleased. The shipping time took just under two weeks from placing the order. The cover did not ship for almost a week after my credit card was charged. Not really an issue, but I would have preferred if the charge and the shipment were on the same day.Very pleased overall with the service and quality of the product.

Pretty easy to install. The online video and the enclosed written instructions, however, were in conflict with each other. It was still easy to figure out. This is a great cover.

The RollBak is a high quality aluminum bed cover that fuctions very well with a locking tailgate. The fit is almost flush with the top of the bed and the main rolling wheel is housed in a compact box in the bed 12 inches behind the cab. The instructions could use more detail, however watching the instructional video on the BAK RollBak web site helps. Installation takes 2+ hours to fully adjust the rails, clamps and install the cover cap. Take your time with the installation and have a helper. The finished product is more fuctional than any other bed cover I have seen on the market and should last for years. Thanks Auto Accessories Garage for providing good value.

Pretty solid cover though not the easist thing to install. Still having some trouble getting top to retract back and forth smoothly. The plastic rail covers that cover glides on could be made more durable and more naturally slick for better operation. Top is very solid and looks great.
