I purchased both the catalytic converter and the cat back exhaust system from Magnaflow. The whole system did go in without any major troubles; however the catalytic pipes did present some trouble. The pipe for the left exhaust was welded to the connecting flange at a slight angle. This caused a small rotation in the whole system resulting in very close clearance issues in the exhaust piping and cross-members. It evenually fit but I had to rebend some of the brackets on the exhust system.

Once again, excellent service with return and credit for the 1996 system and fast delivery of the 1992 Catalytic Converter because I had changed the header and downpipe to a 4 into 2 into 1. The MagnaFlow products are beautiful and well constructed.

Well made, fit was excellent, performance was good.

This catalytic converter sucks the big one. Had it in for about 3000 miles. It started to stink and set off an efficiency code, which turned on the check engine light. Thank god I didn't scrap the old one yet. Put it in cleared the code and hasn't came back on yet.

It does the job and looks great! Love the turning flange, makes everything nicer and easier!

I am seriously impressed by the quality of this Magnaflow (49 State legal) Direct Fit Catalytic Converter For my 1995 Ford Ranger 4cyl 5spd. Even though (because of previous owner) some modification was nessesary. I upgraded shorty header bolts to 7/16 20 thread w/ lock washers & jam nuts.

Fit well, havn't had any problems!

Can't complain at all. It was a perfect fit and although I have not actually measured my gas mileage since installing it, there does seem to be an improvement in how the car runs. The only tweak I can suggest would be for the manufacturer to include mounting holes for reinstalling the heat shield that surrounded the original catalytic converter.

Worth your money, I bought this cat along with a JBS cat back exhaust system and i notice serious low RPM power gains and quicker acceleration.

Was an extremely easy swap. I spent more time getting the car and tools ready to do the job then I spent actually doing the install.

I installed this product on my 1998 Chevy K1500. I made a couple of other upgrades at the same time as this, and have noticed a significant improvement in fuel milage. While the other products claim to improve milage, I believe this was the major reason for it. My other upgrades included a cold air intake and a cat back exhaust.

This is a solid built unit, with warranty. Only wish I had found it earlier.

Fit great, was a snap to put on. The 2 pipe design made install simple.

This catalytic converter was exactly as advertised, bolted right in place of the factory original. The total installation time was less than one hour. The only complaint is that Magnaflow needs to include the gaskets with the converer. I went to three different large chain auto parts stores and was given the wrong gaskets twice. I wound up having to go to a Honda dealer to get the correct gaskets. I have not had the converter on long enough to really give a good rating on performance or quality.
