Everything went smooth with the installation despite the drawings were lacking in the following: 1. All the parts were numbered, but the exploded drawing did not show the numbers. 2. Front (or back ) of the vehicle was not indicated. 3. A few bolts were not shown on the drawing at all.

I was tired of taking the factory steps off to sand rust and repaint. I googled step bars and found your ad. I went with the stainless steel steps to avoid the rust. Free shipping was a factor too.Very easy to install.

I was very happy with the response and assistance by Doug when I called in my order. The cost for the product was the best I could find. I appreciated the free shipping. I was surprised that the order arrived on Monday when I purchased the product the previous Tuesday. The product itself was a replacement for a rusted set of step bars. 2010 crew cab. 1/2 the cost of GM steps. Great product and very easy to install. The frame bolts shipped were the wrong size. Just reused the orginal bolts and I was done. Also wish the front rubber step pads were moved rearward 2", I always step on the edge.

I bought these for a black 07 Pilot. I have nothing but great things to say about the product and the service. I originally ordered the chrome model. I changed my mind the next day. I called support, they changed the order no problem and credited my card for the difference. The bars arrived in about three days. You don't get that kind of service these days very often. Especially on a web purchase. The instructions were simple. It took about 30min to install. I didn't have to drill anything. They fit perfectly on the frame as advertised. They look sweet! I highly recommend the black on black and highly recommend Auto Accessories Garage.

Arrived by UPS actually really quick, the sides of the box were damaged a bit. In the box all parts were intact and instructions were included. If anything could be improved it would be Westin's instructions. They are vague and left me guessing at times. Luckily everything installed properly and my Titan looks killer with the E-series nerf bars. Really gives my truck a more aggressive look. Most of all, they don't move or bend when you step on them.
