Great cover! Much easier to install than my previous one and is truly a no drill install compared to the previous cover. The best part is it doesn't squeak or rattle even driving rough roads.

The BakFlip G2 was everthing I expected. It's a well made quality tonneau that like the advertising says, is "Designed for those who love their trucks." And it is expensive! It shipped easily, got her on time and was simple to unpack. Installation took about 45 minutes, and required only a crescent wrench. The only thing I couldn't understand from the directions was how to connect the drain tubles. So, I ignored that part. As it turns out, my bedliner stay dry even in the worst rainstorm. Maybe it's just a characteristic of a good bed design on my Ford Ranger. Other than than, I give BAK BakFlip G2...a thumbs up!

I love the BakFlip HD Aluminum Tonneau cover. It's look's great...built with quality materials...installs easily and precisely. It took me about 40 minutes. I've been through the car wash about 3 times and it's kept the water out. I see other covers now and how you can't utilize the complete bed of your truck, and know I've made the right decision. Love it!

I am pleased with my new cover. It looks very slick, meets my need to lock and protect the contents from weather, and can easily be removed if needed. It was pretty easy to install by myself. The most difficult part is the operation: I sometimes have a hard time getting the latches to release when I try to open the cover. Hopefully that will get easier over time. I'd purchase this model (HD Aluminum Cover) again over all other covers, even camper shells.

The fit was pretty good. One rail was slightly longer than the other (about 1/4"), but the tailgate still closes fine. I have a factory bedliner, which made installation slightly more tricky, but it still wasn't difficult. All the parts were there, and everything was very well packaged. I'm recommending it to my friends!

I love the new cover. Easy to install, took about an hour but I'm a little particular, could be done in less. It seems to be durable but only time will tell. When I tested with a hose it didnt have any leaks and went through a couple of rain showers without any noticable water in the bed. There is a foam weatherstrip at the front of the liner I'm going to replace because it doesnt really seal and appears to be the only place water can get in. Also, the weatherstrip where it connects to the bed could be better a better quality but we will see how it holds up.

This is the second cover that I have purchased. I installed one on a 2005 Nissan Frontier and one on my new 2008 Nissan Titan long bed. The ease of installation and the appearance of the covers are very good. The main reason I purchased Bakflip instead of a fiberglass hard cover is I can open just what I need for what ever I am carrying. Everything is protected from the weather and if I need the whole bed there are no supports in the way and it will fold all the back.

Overall I'm happy with the product, it installed easily and looks great. The cons are that it is not 100% water tight and out of the box let in drips off water along the side rails and at the tailgate. The cover also doesn't fit tight at the top of the tailgate. There should have been a thick roll of weather stripping to seal against the top of the tailgate. The two small rubber fins don't do much to keep out water. Some of my coments are picky, but for a $1,00 bed cover it should address the cheesy weather stripping and bed rail seals. I would recommend the product to a friend and I would probably purchase it again.

Doug and Rick answered all my questions about the HD for my 2009 Ford Ranger. I could not wait to install it myself on 7-7-09. It was easy to install according to the directions on the brochure. I did have to use the shims towards the clamps near the tailgate. I have carried my supplies from Alsip to Sublette two times already and never worried about my cargo at all. I added a pop lock, with the help of my brother, to secure my items as well. I highly reccommend the HD BakFLip for any truck for its sense of security, cargo storage, and ease of operation on a daily basis. I am very proud to own my HD Bakflip and will tell anyone who asks how great of an asset it is to my life.

I replaced my Retrax rollup tonneau cover with the Bakflip for several reasons. The Bakflip is simple and takes up very little bed space when fully open. Also, if I do need the extra few inches, I can remove the bakflip by myself, with no tools. I've only had my Bakflip HD for about a month, but so far it has been a wise decision, and I have no regrets as to my purchase. Also Auto Accessories.com had highly competitive prices. The clincher for me was the free shipping. This was an outstanding transaction.

My wife and I installed the tonneau cover on my pickup in less than 20 minutes. After placing the side rails and drain lines we lined the front panel evenly with the back of the crewcab. The next step was to drop all the panels in place and check that they locked. Installation was much easier than anticipated. I don't think the fit would have been so precise if BakFlip's quality control was not so important. Good job with manufacturing such a fine product. To us, the product was superb.

I found it very easy to install. I read other reviews on this cover and some found they leaked in rain storms. I found if you take care to line up cover, and make your adjustments as needed, it won't leak. I just drove through the storms in Mississippi to Tallahassee, Fl in the worst rain I've ever driven through, and not one leak-bone dry.

I would like to start by saying this is a great product and they offer outstanding customer service. Im in the military and just got back from Iraq and the company got the cover shipped to me in no time so I could move from my current duty station to another location in the states. I drive a 2006 Toyota Tundra 4 door 4x4 and it only took me 20 min to install the HD cover and let me tell you it looks great and Ive had complements on it and lots of questions. Im in Georgia right now and its been raining a lot and I havent got a drop of water in the bed. Ive also used it in the up position with loads in the back and had no problems at all. In addition I also set my odometer and my gas mileage did improve as the site advertised. All in all I give this product a 4 star rating and have recommended it to several of my friends. If youre looking for a cover thats convenient this would be the one because not only does it keep your tools and equipment dry but if youre out and need to purchase or move something big just fold it back and your good to go. My buddy got a leather one that does the same thing but you have to take it off cant drive with it up and all it takes to get inside is a knife or a razor blade so for security this is the only way. Thanks for the good product Bakflip now we will see how it does with the test of time but with a 3 year warranty who can go wrong.

First off, thank you Auto Accessories Garage for quick shipping. I bought the BakFlip HD Aluminum cover for my Honda Ridgeline. I almost passed out when I saw how much Honda wanted for their cover, $1800 installed. I am an A/C technician so I thought I could install it myself until I read the directions on-line. Forget it. I started shopping and came across the BakFlip. I installed it myself with no help in 15 minutes! It fits like a glove and looks sharp. I am very impressed with the BakFlip and recommend it without hesitation, especially over the over-priced Honda cover.

Nice cover, installed with Penda bed liner in place which made the job a little more difficult but not bad. The tonneau works well and looks great. The top surface will dent, so if that is a big concern you may want to upgrade to the newer model. only gripe is that the rubber seals on the sides get scuffed up some if you use it much in the folded up position, not a big deal but noticeable. Overall nice tonneau!!

So, you can trust the claims that it really is easy to install. It is mechanically sound and reliable. This is the second Bakflip cover I have bought for my '08 Ridgeline. The first one that I installed on my truck was obviously appealing enough to someone else that they stole it off my truck, mounting rails hardware and all. Oh well! The BakFlip cover performs just as advertised. It fits the truck bed well, and forms almost a water-tight seal. Installation is straight forward and fairly simple. One person can do it alone, as I did, but an extra set of hands can be helpful. To complete the security of the truck bed, you need to also purchase and install an aftermarket lock for the tail gate of your Ridgeline. I bought a Pop & Lock unit (also available from AAG). The installation of the lock mechanism is a little more involved then that of the bed cover, but if you're handy with tools you should have no problem. In my opinion, the Bak Flip cover is sturdier, performs better, and looks better than the cover you could purchase from Honda directly; and it's about half the cost. I highly recommend it.

My 2010 Titan has the cargo management system so the first thing i had to do was remove the side rails and flip them over. Once that was done i started the install and noticed that the supplied clamps would not fit with the cargo rails. I had to grind of the tabs where the nut slides in to give enough clearance and also the bolts where to long so those also had to be cut down. Once all of that was done and the rails where atached the cover install was a piece of cake. Then I go to install the water drain tubes and they where to big of a diameter to fit in the drain holes of my Titan. So once again i had to modify the install with smaller diameter hose. With all that being said and the install complete I finally got to enjoy my Bak Flip HD. This is a great cover and well built and is absolutely water tight. I wish when Bak says it will fit a 2010 Titan with the cargo management system that it would with out concern. I would and will recommend this cover to anyone, however do not buy into the 20 minute install time as they state, at least not for a Titan...

The biggest grip so far is that there are large star knobs used to hold the cover to the rails, supposed to make it easier to install/remove. The knobs in the forward position hit hit rain gutter? Could install the knob but then it wouldnt turn? Had to grind them down and make them smaller on a belt sander to make them fit. Couple of small plastic fillers up front to seal out water where the tie downs were seem a bit cheesy for a $1000 cover. Going to make my own at some point.

The things Great! After the short install I went on a 3500 mile trip. Can't say I noticed any MPG improvement but it's clean looking and it hid all the families luggage during all our stops along the way.

I ordered the BakFlip HD tonneau cover for my Ridgeline online on a Sunday. It was delivered the next Friday and I installed it in about an hour on Saturday. Nothing to it. It was especially easy on the Ridgeline as two existing bolt holes are used plus two self-taping screws at the rear. It came with four nuts rather than the star knobs which were featured, but a phone call to Auto Accessories remedied that. My only concern is that the Ridgeline tail gate does not lock without adding an aftermarket lock of some sort, but this is a Honda problem, not a BakFlip problem. The black textured finish looks great with the black trim on the Ridgeline bed. I am very pleased with this product.

The only problem with the Bakflip is that when the cover is wet, and you open it, water runs down inside the bed. Other than that it keeps water out, and really serves its purpose. The Bakflip is great for travel, and is easy to use daily to remove our stroller from the trunk. I would recommend this product for anyone who wants to extend the life and use of their ridgeline.

Arrived within days. Easy instruction and installation. Perfect fit and very, very pleased with the quality and construction. My bed is secure after I installed an electric lock. This was a great investment for a truck that I will keep for a long time.

great cover,Only disappointement was that you can no longer use you're rail system and with only two anchors you got to find other ways to tie down cargo.

I recently bought the new aluminum BakFlip for my Toyota Tacoma. Installation was quick & easy, and it looks great. The day after I installed it, we had a hard rain most of the day (kind of typical for Louisiana this time of year), but the bed of my truck stayed snug & dry. Thanks for a great product.
