Good wiring kit but it will NOT directly fit on the Kia Forte 5 door as advertised. I had to cut the connectors off and splice them into the car's wiring.

Fast delivery and relatively easy install. The hardest part was running the wire to the battery which took the longest time. It would have been good to have a couple of extra connectors because I ruined one and had to go to the store for another.

It took a lot longer to install, not expecting to run a wire to the battery. I wanted to do a nice job so interior trim panels were removed to run the wire. Now it's just a question of durability. Now installed, I'm happy!

Really easy. A little scary taking lenses off (didn't want to damage); pins holding it in needed a good tug. Tail pipes worried me (the heat), and I will end up putting protective covering on wire. Engineers really did a nice job figuring out an easy install!

Installation for my 2013 Ford Escape was rather tough. Not because of the Curt harness but because Ford provided no way of using t-connectors. I had to remove each tail light assembly and splice in the necessary wires. This harness also requires a wire run to the battery for power. Now installed, the Curt product works perfectly.

I'm sorry to say that the T-connector did not install easily. The instructions that came with it apparently applied to the pickup, not the Pathfinder. Cutting and reconnecting the green wire in two places was necessary. I'm still having trouble making the trailer lights work, even though my test-light says they should. Seemingly a grounding problem that I haven't been able to track down yet.

Give yourself double the time for this kit due to the need to run the power wire from the battery. Connecting the T-Connectors to the tail lights was easy enough but the wire routing instructions are pretty useless and had to run the passenger side wire twice. KIA has a great technical site that provides routing instructions but the passenger tail light wire was inches short using KIAs route. I really needed about twice the number of wire ties that came with it. I followed KIAs instructions to wrap some foam tape around the connector so it wouldn't vibrate in the tail light against something hard. I wish it had a mount plate that connected to the hitch in some way, I don't like dangling wires. But once installed, it works as advertised.

This was actually the second one I got because the first had a Manufacturers defect. I WILL say that the guys at Curt, AND AAG worked with me and I had a replacement the day after I talked to customer service at AAG... GREAT service, Great products!!!!!!! Unfortunately, at the last step of installation, the power wire in the module I received fell out of the module. Manufacturers defect. I called Cust Service, at 1:30 pm Tuesday, and explained the situation. (Getting the interior apart in my car is a real Bear). The Cust Serv rep was really helpful in getting me a replacement and it showed up at 10:30 the NEXT MORNING!!!!! Fabulous Customer service from Curt, AND Auto Accessories Garage! Can't say enough about both companies!
