The brackets under the vehicle near the back door need additional reinforcement, so my husband plans to buy different brackets at Lowes. I've been quite satisfied with the step bars! I really like the finished ends instead of rubber end caps I've seen on other step bars.They look great on my Pilot and installed very easily. The only issue and it was minor was lining up the step bar with the rear brackets. I had to loosen all the brackets and manuever the back bracket to the pre-drilled holes in the rail. Once I figured out the one side, the 2nd step bar install when pretty quicky.

Purchased these for my 06 Dodge Ram 1500 Mega Cab. Overall I like the look of them. They installed in about 2 hours. Installation went smoothly however the hex bolts that secure the boards to the mounting brackets stripped easily. They were stripping even before they were fully tightened. Other than that Im happy with the look and performance of them. Would recommend them.

Purchased the new SST Raptor Oval Step Bars to replace my existing stock ones on my new black 2011 Pathfinder. I thought they would look better than the ones that came on the vehicle and I was right. These things were awesome......the extra chrome was just what the vehicle needed to set it apart from everyone else. Everything was packaged extremely well and they installed in less than 1 hour. Steps look outstanding on the F150. They are big, wide steps, not wimpy looking ones like the dealer installs. I was afraid at first because all the pictures were shown for the F250 which is a slightly larger truck but they fit the body style perfectly. Ordering was easy. Ordered 2 weeks before Christmas and they were delivered within a week. No issues at all in the ordering process Installation was a easy bolt on installation. Packages are well marked with all pieces.

Bolts for the rear bracket were not long enough for installation. Contacted MFG. who stated they knew about the problem but did not have the correct bolts. Advised to knock off washers and use Dodge mount bolts. Intructions for tee-bolts were a little vague, possible three holes for use but instructions not clear. Once mounted, bars looked good and very effective for cab or bed step up.

These look great on my truck and were very easily installed. I really like the sealed chrome ends. I put them on in 45 minutes with my 6 year old handing me bolts while under the car. If you are thinking about whether the 5 inch or 6 inch would be the right size, I can't imagine going wrong with either. I thought that the 6 inch looked too big for my truck based on the description but believe they would have worked great as well.

Raptors look awesome on my pickup. The instructions are a little sketchy but I watched a youtube video that made the installation go much faster. One thing was they had the wrong back bracket in the wrong back. After I switched the 2 around it went together very quickly.

Overall, I'm very happy with the product. The order and delivery was easy and timely, the packaging was thorough with all parts labelled properly, and the product seems to be of high quality. I'll know more about how well they hold up after a New England winter. The only fault I could find is that the rear brackets didn't fit because of a brake line clip on the frame near the mounting location. However, swapping the driver/passenger side parts did the trick. The same issue may happen on the Honda Pilot as well. I recommend hand-tightening all connections before they are locked down with a wrench.

The bars were a snap to install on my 2011 Nissan Frontier. 20 minutes and they were on. Lots of compliments on them and the rounded polished ends are what catch people eye. I would absoultly buy them again!

I bought the wheel-to-wheel nerf bars for a Chev Siverado extended cab. Product was as advertised, arrived intack with all parts in excellant condition. Instructions were pretty basic. Went to YouTube and found a video showing the Raptor product being installed on a Chevy Silverado extended cab. This made what was a simple task easier. Also, I overtightned it and broke one of the studs off the u bolt because there are no torque specs in the instructions. Overall, I'm happy with them.

I love my new step bars. Some of the mounting bolts that came with the kit did not fit in the top mounting holes, and the nuts were welded on the frame for the bottom mounting holes, so I couldn't use the bolts from the kit. However, since I had to take off the existing running boards on my '08 Avalanche, I just used the factory nuts and bolts to mount it to my truck. I love the look, not too wide. Shipping was quick and swift. I highly recommend them.

Impressive, both performance and looks. The Oval bars are very solid and stable. They also look great. I did have a problem with installation, the washers supplied were too large on most of the mounting points. I needed to get smaller (1/8 In. smaller) to fit correctly.
