OK, I have been waiting to review the SnowSport HD Snow Plow for my 2012 Toyota Tundra until we have had some good snow storms (seven), between 3 and 12 inches, and I have to say I am pleased with the performance of this plow. This is a well engineered system that helps me clear my 200 ft driveway with ease, even though my gravel driveway is quite uneven. Installation was straight ahead with the 2" receiver bracket from Curt fitting perfectly on the front of the truck. I did have a friend help as some parts are heavy and I would recommend an extra pair of hands for the assembly process which took us a casual two hours. Loading the bracket and plow on the truck takes a little practice but is easier than I thought it would be and takes only a few minutes to set up. Overall this is a great plow system that loses the weight and expense of hydraulic and electric motor systems and can get the job done with minimal wear and tear on your truck. (A friend of mine who is a pilot said he sees these type of rubber bottom edge plows used on runways now, as they don't damage the concrete surface.) If you have a smaller truck or small plowing needs this would be a great system for you. Best of Luck, Lee from the Colorado Rockies

I use the SnowSport HD snow plow on my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. It does everything the manufacturer claims. I love the ease of operation, the easy attaching and removing, and being able to use the standard headlights and fog lights on my Jeep. I've had many people ask about it and gotten even more stares from the guys in the "big" trucks with plows, as I'm clearing the parking lot of our medical building.

We just got done installing the hitch that was designed for the truck. It was a terrible fit and it took us several hours to install after using a spreader to push it out and a lot of filing. The tow hooks didn't fit back on the truck because the hitch design didn't allow the holes the line up. The tow hooks have got to be ground down to fit. I hope the frame does not rust out after all the filling and drilling.

Front receiver needed a little modification - but then that was not SnowSport's - The plow is Awesome - nothing better for the price. And when the snow melted all my grass was still there without any gouges!

The HD took about three and a half hours to complete and install--including the front hitch. I encountered no problems following the comprehensive instructions. Incidentally, the frame of my '94 Grand Cherokee was pre-drilled and tapped to accept the hitch assembly. I drove about 100 miles to deliver the rig to our cabin, climbing from 100 feet above sea level to 4800 feet. The rig handled fine with no shake or shimmy up to 60 mph. I didn't try any higher speeds. I would suggest, though, removing the blade before long trips at speed because my jeep, usually a cool runner, ran up around red line on sustained upgrades, and I'm sure it was because of the modified air flow from the blade. I really don't see that as a problem since the blade is easy to remove and carry. I really wish I could say how well the blade works, but we have no snow in Cal yet.

Pleased with this product, shipping was slower than expected but everything arrived packaged well and all parts accounted for. Installation was a breeze with the Curt Front Hitch I also purchased from AAG. Just waiting for the first big snow to test this plow out!

I'm quite pleased with this plow for my 2004 Dodge Ram 2500. My truck has 285/70 tires and I was worried that the truck would be too far off the ground but with the push bars mounted on the lowest set of holes, the bars are 8 inches off the ground, exactly as required. The Curt hitch was a bit of a pain to install mostly because I had to drill holes. It wasn't difficult, just time consuming. I removed the front bumper making this installation much easier. The assembly of the plow was easy and there were marks from the mfg indicating where everything was supposed to mount. As a suggestion, the self tapping bolts that attach the two pieces of the blade and attach the rubber box ends take a lot of racheting to install. After the 3rd one, I got an attachment for my drill to speed up the process. I'm very please with the fit and finish of this plow and would buy again. The best part of this plow is that it comes off the truck in a minute and has zero maintenance. For light duty plowing, this plow can't be beat for the value.

The product is extremely high quality. All parts are heavy duty and not a cheap product. Installation was a challenge, but did not take long at all to accomplish.

The plow went together fairly easily in one afternoon. The ease of installation was a big bonus with not having complicated wiring or hydrolic plumbing. Using/storing the plow is simple, and the plow does a good job of plowing. Although I've only used it once and there was only less than 3 inches of snow on the driveway, I could see how it would easily tackle deeper snow, as it pushed the already piled snow away with ease. In all, I think the sport plow is a great product!

I was totally impressed on how quick I received this plow. The plow went together very easily with great instructions. Much heavier than I expected, which is good. I highly reccomend the SnowSport plow.

We had an exceptionally mild winter so I only used it twice with 3-5" of slightly wet snow. It worked great! While It doesn't scrape the driveway black, over shooting the end of the driveway into the grass did not do any damage to the yard either. I can now clear my driveway in less than 5 min and that includes mounting the plow frame and plow. It would take much longer to shovel it by hand and my back would be sore. Other notes: …it would be nice to raise and lower the plow without having to get out of the truck (2006 Tacoma) but that would mean a heavier plow to move around and store for the summer and also a lot more space is required.

Works great, easy to assemble except the receiver bolting onto a 2001 Jeep Cherokee is lacking common sense because it does not utilize the tow hook holes for mounting the receiver. I modified the receiver to incorporate the 4 holes. Now it is solid and strong.

Received my SnowSport HD in about 3 days. I was expecting 10 days to 2 weeks. Everything was there. Easy assembly. All I need now is snow to try it out. Very happy with SnowSport and Auto Accessories Garage. I'll let you know how it plows later:)
