This is the second setup that I have purchased the system is great. You don't have rails attached in the bed of the truck so the bed is still usable.

This product was a little time consuming to install, but fit very nicely. If you have any mechanical ability and the proper tools, you should have no problem installing the hitch. It is always kind of scary cutting a hole in the bed of your truck, but I got over it. A little difficult to acess some of the bolts to torque, but diligence and patience paid off. I got to use the hitch 3 days after installing it and it works great. The only recommendation I have it that maybe the packaging should be a little more heavy duty as I was afraid to open the box after arrival. The carrier wasn't kind in transit, but all was intact. Nice job!

I have a 2003 dodge 2500 short and was not happy with how far forward the ball sat in the bed, I will have to be very careful turning with this ball, not very happy with my purchase.

The instructions were easy to follow. The parts were a little snug in a couple of places, but that was fixed with a little better leverage. A lift would have made the job a lot easier than the garage floor.

Very nice hitch, I like the build of the hitch very much. Install was simple, but poor paint job, had to repaint it black. I used a 2x4 to lift or flex the bed to get the angle iron under the bed so I didn't have to cut a notch in the lip of the bed floor.

The B & W hitch is the only way to go when it comes to pulling a 5th wheel trailer. Its there when you need it and hidden when you need a flat bed. A truly awesome product.

You can't go worng with a B&W hitch, it's just that simple! This is our 2ed one. One in a ford the other in a dodge. Had a bit of problem on installing, called B&W got it done with no problem. They were great.

The product is great along with the price. This is the third truck I have them installed in. But BEWARE if you have to return anything from this web sight you will not have very good luck. I have been wanting to return a set of running boards now for four weeks and still no luck on getting a return number for credit. I would recommend you shop at another web sight for that reason.

Installation was a breeze. Only problem was the metal tabs to hold the bolt heads inside the boxed frame. The tabs weren't strong enough to keep the head from turning when torquing the bolt.

B&W Turnover Ball Gooseneck Hitch is great, I love it. It's so easy to remove the ball and hide unlike others where you have to first take out the bolt, then lift the plate that holds the ball which always comes up hard. With the B&W Turnover Ball Hitch it is a breeze.

The hitch is probably ok, have not hook my trailer to it yet, but if you have not installed one, be careful. The installation instructions and accompanying photo are of little help. What a mess, it took me over 5 hrs. to install the damned thing, and I can only hope that I did it correctly.
