Corsa Performance, based in Berea, Ohio, specializes in engineering and manufacturing high performance Stainless Steel exhaust components and systems for marine and automotive uses. Since forming in 1989 Corsa has become a leader in exhaust manufacturing, utilizing advanced design methods and technology to create exciting new products that push the limits of performance.
Corsa's products are made with the revolutionary manufacturing process known as hydroforming. Hydroforming, or bulge forming, utilizes exreme fuel pressures to expand metal into shapes that are impossible to form with conventional methods. This method makes for greater strength, more precise part dimensions, and lower weight. Hydroformed parts use less equipment, trimming, blanking, and welding, making them less wasteful and less expensive than conventionally made components. In fact, Corsa is the only manufacturer in the automotive aftermarket to have hydroforming facilities on-site.

I own a 96 Viper GTS that I purchased new. It was shipped to my home in Larksville, PA from a dealer in Twin Falls, Idaho. I worked for the government as a mechanical engineer and because of the travel and workload was unable to drive it much at all. It currently has 2000 miles on the odometer and I have recently retired and decided to upgrade the car. I purchased a Roe Supercharger kit and part of this upgrade due to the additional exhaust flow requires the exhaust system to be upgraded to a full 3" system. Corsa offers this as a 3" cat back system. Its fabricated from 304L SS which will last the life of the vehicle and I have learned through reading the Viper blogs that there is no cabin drone with this system. Its fully polished and will look fabulous once installed. I couldn't be more satisfied with this purchase.

Looks great in person, very big and makes factory NPP looks small! The black chrome is a perfect fit. It took 3 hours because I removed the mufflers and custom welded a straight pipe, with these tips.
