Love the Fold A Cover G4 Elite

November 2008, Fold-A-Cover G4 Elite, Toyota Tacoma 6.1' bed I am quite simply amazed! This bed cover is perfect! In purchasing this truck, one of the conditions was that I needed a hard locking bed cover. For the longest time I was looking at the "Snug-Top". Even driving to the dealer and about ready to go forward with it! Besides the expense being $500.00 more, the mounting system completely covering the inner side rails making them useless, and the difficulty of accessing the forward portion of the bed, I decided that the "Snug-Top was not to be. Just stumbled across the the "Fold-A-Cover" searching the internet and it all became clear. Why had I not looked into this before? It solves everything. My truck is used for scuba diving extensively and this is just perfect. The bed is equipped with the inner divider to secure the tanks and the cover allows you to open the front or rear, the rear portion now being like a trunk. Its great! Installation wasn't not too bad, the cover appears to be of very high quality, pretty well written instructions etc. I am very pleased. And saved $500.00 over the "Snug-Top"!

Auto Accessories Garage has a great web site. Easy to find what you are looking for. Placed order for Fold-a-Cover via phone. Service couldnot have been better. Questions were answered, received e-mail almost immediately verifying order. Notified when shipped with tracking info. Fold-a-Cover arrived in two shipments (UPS handling error on box 2). The only problem was short two brackets, but called mfg and they shipped out. The cover was easy to install and looks fantastic! Thanks Auto Acessories! You are 5 Stars!

Very pleased with this cover. Looks great and built well. Because it's can be folded up, this cover does not limit what can be carried in the truck bed like a solid one piece cover does. I did a lot of research on many types of truck bed covers and the Fold-A-Cover is the one I thought was the best is looks, style and versitility. I would recomend this cover to others. Also...One of the features that attracted me was how it can be opened/accessed from either end.

The fold a cover tonneau cover was worth every cent. The sections allow easy access to your truck bed and also the ability to lock the truck bed is invaluable. Also installation is incredibly easy and anyone can do it. I did it by myself and took me about 2 hours to install. The only negative aspect of the cover is that on smaller bed such as mine (Dakota Quad Cab) the cover has four sections which are all pretty small and the whole cover needs to be folded up (albeit only takes 2 seconds to do)

I was shopping around for a hardtop tonneau cover when I came across the Fold A Cover and BakFlip folding tonneau covers. I didn't even know that such a product as a "folding tonneau cover" existed. I honestly can't beleive that no one thought of this sooner. So after comparing between the foldacover and the bakflip I decided upon the foldacover. I chose it because it has a built-in lock feature whereas the bakflip does not come with a lock (you need a tailgate lock to secure your stuff). The Fold A Cover sticks out of the bed a little bit more than the BakFlip appears to, but that also means that the FoldACover has thicker stronger panels. This was more important to me. Installation took me a little over an hour and I'd recommend getting a helper to install the rails. Ordering from AutoAccessoriesGarage was painless and the product actually came faster then I expected. As a new Tundra owner I'll surely be back for more stuff!

Two People Install

Nice cover, ordered it for my Frontier and got it super fast. Packaging was in mint condition as was the contents. I am most impressed with the locking mechanism, I no longer have to worry about my gear getting stolen plus we just had a storm out here and I checked and the bed was completely dry! Pretty easy to install my brother helped me out, mostly getting the cover on top of the bed, but I could have done it myself. The part you definitely need two people is installing the rails, to hold them at each end when you mount. All-in-all it probably took me about 45 minutes. Good buy.
