It's an ARB winch bumper. Exactly what I wanted an expected. The only slight issue was that my 1997 Land Cruiser frame rails did not line up perfectly with the bumper. The bumper was about an eighth of an inch narrower than my frame so I had to squeeze my frame rails together that eighth of an inch to get it to bolt up.
