It was damaged with a gouge in the top. The locks are cheap and insufficient. The "hinge" system is unwieldy at best.

This product has been amazing, so far. I haven't used it yet, because I haven't gone on a trip with my family. Everything seems to function right. So I am looking forward to the first family trip.
