Ford Taurus Roof Racks, Cargo Carriers, Cross Bars & Roof Rails

The product itself is a very good design, however, it arrived missing pieces (end caps) and the instructions from rhino-rack were wrong, specifically the length to set the "feet" were off by 8-3/8th inches as you can see in the attached picture. When I called Rhino-rack to let them know I spoke with a very rude customer service person. I asked to speak to his manager and was on hold for over 4 minutes - I'm pretty sure the next person I spoke to was his buddy, not a manager who was then over the top "saccharine sweet". The remedy was to use new measurements and measuring strips that they would send me. To summarize - great product but terrible customer support from Rhino Rack. Customer support means a lot to me - I will not purchase another rhino-rack product because of this.

A good and sturdy rack,easy to install and remove, will easily and safely transport bikes, kayaks and canoes or cargo carrier's, can purchase additional side rails to attach for unlimited cargo solutions
