    The item showed up broken. It appeared to have been damaged during shipping. I contacted Customer service and they helped me out and sent a replacement in 2 days. I’m still waiting for the shipping label to return damaged item.

    I am rather disappointed with the design as there is no upturn on the trailing edge of the vent shade. I don’t believe this will deflect bugs, much less rocks, but will only act to shield the hood from direct hits. I was hoping not to have to replace my windshield as often as the calibration of cameras has added many $ to that expense. Looking at getting the Weathertech deflector.

    My first 3 autoventshade deflectors were great. This one is awful. There was an extra piece of plastic that had to be sawed off. But I didn't realize it until I had put the screws into the hood and they were not able to be backed out so I scratched the paint sawing off the defect. To top it off the main part of the deflector has double sided tape to stick it on top of the hood and it came loose within a day.
