Hyundai Sonata Bug Deflectors, Wind Deflectors & Shields

To WeatherTech, Took a bit of discussion with AutoAcessoriesGarage to understand the dynamics of the deflectors to insure the deflectors would fit. A bit of problem with rear window clips staying in position but, this was due to not keeping the deflectors in a corresponding position to the clips. A popping sound comes from all windows when ascending to the closed position upon making contact with each of the wind/rain deflectors at the forward and aft ends of said deflectors. To this degree more of a chamfer at the contact might help. Perhaps in a year or two the deflectors will 'settle' in and the 'popping' sound will lessen. The front corner at the angle of each of the front window deflectors did not seat completely. Perhaps this too will change over time. Otherwise the WeatherTech wind/rain deflectors look quite spiffy. I just love these rain guards, instructions were easy to follow, some of my neighbors complemented on the appearance and feel of the product. My only small problem was on the front pieces, after waiting the recommended time for the tape to settle, I opened and closing noticed the windows would not close because the rear portion with no is too squared ,and catches the window. (Simple fix add piece of double sided tape to the end piece, and slightly and carefully bend the little corner away from sliding glass. Perfect, enjoy. I was always shy about putting on ventvisors. I heard they came loose, they made the wind noise worse. I am shocked at how well these work, I could not be happier about them wish I had done it 20 years ago. Big difference inside heat of the interior of the car. They fit the Sonata exactly right. I am driving the grandsons truck he got from his dad, and it has a set on it for over 14 years, they are still tight and look good.
