Ford Bronco Exhaust

This kit is basically a one size fits all for eighties F series trucks, but they say it fits broncos too. It does fit but the kit is made to fit a quad cab long bed and anything shorter need to be cut to length. The exhaust itself sounds great on my 87 Bronco 302. However, despite the filtering options to get the right kit for the right vehicle, the only 2 pieces of the kit that didn't need to be cut, bent, or otherwise fabricated, were the two glass pack mufflers themselves. Everything was either too long or not bent in where we needed it. There's even an entire section of pipe we didn't need to use.

This exhaust system was easy to install and fit as claimed, I would have been able to install it faster, but had to deal with a PTO shaft from the winch that caused me to make a slight mod and I welded it rather than clamped. Got their glass packs and it is a very throaty sound running through the manifolds. A very nice system.

Hearthrob was the only full dual exhaust system I could find for my classic Ford Bronco. It was a very nice, quality product with nice mandrel bends and thickwall galvanized tubing. Everything was great except I had to modify the tailpipes to make them fit right. Only other thing is it would have been better with heavy duty muffler clamps, I never use those light duty ones, they arent strong enough to hold bigger pipes tight.
