Buick Lucerne Floor Mats and Floor Liners

I was disappointed that there was no custom cut to these mats. They appeared very generic in shape, like something that you would buy off the rack at car wash or Walmarts. They are just big squares and rectangles. The Lloyd mats I purchased 5 years ago were much larger and had custom contour in the back seat and in the front. There were no grommets on the driver's side. The box said grommets. The tufting and materials for the carpets are fine. I paid for the extra tufting. They were expensive. On the same note the underside was a smooth rubber like material. In the comparison it read underside nubs to hold in place. At first I thought there was a mistake. I would expect these dinky back seat mats from an off the rack retail purchase. In fact I thought there was a mistake in my order and somebody put the wrong mats in the box. The order itself took over two weeks! I thought it was the contour cut causing the delay. Of course they look better. All fresh new mats are an improvement. You're not asking the right questions. Sorry. I called twice to try and turn it around. It was going to be very arduous, time consuming, increased expense and more effort well above what this project deserves. I have been replacing mats forever through mail order and have never had it go wrong. I paid top dollar for custom mats and could have done better at a car store. I even asked for a discount to match the price of off the rack mats and was denied. In the end we installed them, they look better, but this isn't a custom mat for a Buick Lucerne by any means. It's a custom price with no custom fit.

These are by far the best floor liners made. This is my third set for different cars. I've also put them in my parents and siblings cars. Awesome fit and durability!
