These mats are truly custom fit to the car. Very unusual when the car is a Lotus. Function is very good. Appearance is fine considering that they are not really intended to be decorative.

Although it was implied that the WeatherTech mats were a custom fit for the car it turned out that was not the case. They did not fit and due to the raised edge at their perimeter they cannot be cut to fit as the fine print suggests. I'm only giving the overall rating a 9 but that's mostly because of their expensive price. These are easily the most expensive floor mats I've ever purchased for a car. That being said, these are probably the most plush mats you could ever hope for. They are easily a 1/2 thicker than my stock mats and the color matches the carpet pretty nicely.
