Easy install, very quick as well! Screwed right in with no problems on my 2000 ranger XLT, although... The reverse/cargo lights (white outside LED's) do not work. I did some research and found this to be a common problem. I'm not too worried about it because overall it looks very good! Maybe a heads up in the description or something might be a good idea, considering I'm clearly not the only one having this problem.
