Dodge Journey Seat Covers

I like the seat covers a lot. There are areas that I wish it fit just a little bit better but that could just very well be my installation that I need to tighten up. The directions were very vague even after viewing the video, which was very quick and vague. They also lacked noting that there is a wire on one of the headrest post of each seat and I had a very difficult time getting headrest out to slip the top cover on. I ended up breaking one of the wires only to find out from my research that these are "active headrest". Now, the "Faulty Airbag" light is on and I will have to have this fixed at my cost. This should have been noted in instructions as a "warning" or something. When I ordered these, I did specify make, year and model of the vehicle. I feel they should have known this vehicle was equipped with "Active Headrests". This set also came with a console cover that looked pretty cheesy and I elected not to install it. As for the looks of the covers, they do look great on. However, still confused what to do with one little piece on each seat back. Ended up just tucking it where I thought it might go. The only issiue I have with covers is I didn't get directions with order. Also discovered that I would have to maniualy remove back seat in my Dodge Joyrny to get on seat properly. Contacted 800 # to ask for direction on how to do it. Was told they couldn't do unless I took photo of back seat to send to them. While ordering product all information tells you how easy it is but for back seat not easy at all. Never told I wold have to remove back seat. Also told didn't have car specific directions.
