Had to call CS once. I am a pretty good DYI guy. They gave me 4 head rest covers, all fit ok, but just a bit different. Stitching was bad in one of them but I had four so ok. Very nice looking covers for the front of my Expedition. Fit is great and looks natural. Instructions fairly good, tucking tool good, but pulling tool fairly useless. Would have been installed in under 30 had the mechanism design of the seat better thought out. Not the product designers issue. Happy with purchase.
