I am pretty disappointed with the seat covers honestly. For the price and being vehicle specific, they fit very poorly. They are just very loose fitting. The only piece that fit snug was the head rest covers. I’ve had universal seat covers that fit better. Definitely not worth the money in my opinion. Love the seat covers! We had recently bought some for my husband's vehicle so I knew what to expect. I left mine hanging out for a while before I put them on my Cherokee because they do have quite an odor from the material and that really helped. My husband has had his for about a year now and they still look brand new and the odor left after a while. Overall rating I only give a four as I was told that the map pockets would be on them and when they arrived, only one seat cover had them. I have always loved leather seats but my jeep has cloth seats.. they hold stains way too easily. The seats were a pain to keep clean. So I decided to try these seat covers and was really happy with the results. It took a little time to get the covers on perfectly without any directions but it was worth it! For aftermarket seat covers they look and feel really good. There are some looser areas but unless you carefully inspect the seats you would never know they were an aftermarket install. I bought the front seat covers for my '01 Grand Cherokee to check the fit and look before ordering the back seat covers. The seat covers arrived in a timely manner but did not look like the seat covers on the CalTrend website. The insert panel (in my case, tan) looked like the picture, above, but on the website the insert ran the full length of both the seat back and seat cushion, which is what I was expecting. I was planning on returning the seat covers but after speaking with the AAG customer service rep I decided to first call CalTrend directly to address the issue and to determine what could be done. The CalTrend rep bent over backwards to address my concerns and, after conferring with their designer, agreed to correct the insert panels so that they would run the full length of the seat back and seat cushion. They issued a return authorization and in less than two weeks I had my seat covers redone with the insert panels running the full length of the seat back and cushion - not that's customer service!!! I have since ordered the seat covers for the back seats and CalTrend have agreed to do the same for the back seats as they did for the front ones. It doesn't get any better than that! As for the seat covers - they fit great. They have a custom look - as if the seats came that way from the factory. Dealing with AAG and CalTrend has been an awesome experience.
