Covers look as advertised and the saddle blanket looks very nice. Covers came with generic instructions for both front and back, although the back seat is very different (need batter instructions). I received bucket seat covers for a bench back seat and will be calling now to see what happened. I called and spoke with Kathy and customer service was a dream come true. She was competent in the questions she asked and instructions to resolve my issue. I will take pictures, describe my seat configuration, and they will remake the back seat covers to my specs. Great! Seat covers for front are too small, had to make major adjustments to them, bottoms missing, all side tie down straps, and are too small. They ride on top of the seats, don't cover the sides, backs were to small won't fit the contour of the seats. Received my seat covers for my Volkswagen Passat. Console cover did not fit very well. Went to snug down the front seat cover strap and it pulled away from the material. It did not tear, the stitching just came undone. I did not have trouble with any of the other straps. The cover itself is comfortable. Not as well made as I expected. Overall fit is acceptable. The side flaps are a bit short. The passenger seat cover fits better than the driver seat. Pacakage indicates good for 2009-2011 Passat models. Could be identical but would have preferred accurate 2012 badging.
