First, shipping & packaging: The item arrived early, was well packaged, and came w/ all parts necessary. Instructions were fairly clear. Having never set up a tonneau cover before, setup was fairly simple. It took a few adjustments to get right, and I'd recommend that one takes their time and checks/rechecks alignment throughout the process. Overall, setup took ~45 min., and the end result was a tight-fitting, professional-looking cover. So now that it's on, how does it behave on the road and exposed to the elements? So far, so good! We had a pretty nasty rainstorm and the leather held up well - there was the usual debris of leaves and stick and it seemed none worse for wear all things considered. The tailgate opens/closes with ease with the cover fully closed, ensuring some level of security (obviously one can rip through it if they wanted but that's a slim chance.) Things I don't yet know: How it handles with a lot of snow on the top, how it handles truly rough rain (particularly on the highway), and how the velcro holds up. I've heard good things about each of these, but cannot attest to them (yet.)
