The BakFlip G2 Tonneau Cover is the newest generation of the folding, hard, multiple-panel tonneau cover. With the BakFlip G2 you'll enjoy the security of having a locking trunk for your truck, while still having access to your entire truck bed! The innovative BakFlip G2 folds completely forward and against your truck's rear cab giving you access to all of your truck bed without removing the cover.
The BakFlip is also easily removable. All you have to do is remove 2 wing nuts and since the cover weighs only 40 lbs, it's easy to move yourself! Additionally, the BakFlip WILL NOT INTERFERE with stake hole pockets on your truck, working perfectly with tie downs, side rails, overhead truck racks, and headache racks. The BAK BakFlip is also 100% weatherproof, unaffected by rain and snow. It also does not shrink or expand when the temperature shifts. I had a rolling tonopro and this bakflip replaced it. I would definitely recommend this. It’s great and easy to use. The installation was quick and I was able to do it myself. When it rained there were no leaks. Well worth the purchase.

Install was very straight forward all you need is a 9/16th socket wrench or a open end. There was an issue with the bed rails but BAK sent out a new set with 4 days and I just had to switch them out. They were great to work with, and I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a secure bed cover.

This is a good tonneau cover, had same product on previous truck! The only take away is the tailgate seal should come with tonneau cover. I have yet to find a tailgate seal for 2018 F-150!

The cover arrived on time and in perfect condition. After reviewing. The instructions and watching a couple of videos, I took my time to double and triple check everything as I installed it. Even at that I had the cover on my truck in slightly over an hour. Fit and finish are perfect. My shipment was missing 2 screws that are used to attach one of the buckles. After an email to customer service, replacements were shipped on the next business day. Great customer service.

I ordered the Bakflip G2 but received a Truck Gear by Line-x tonneau cover that looks and works exactly like the G2. The paper work inside the box was all marked Bakflip G2. So I assume it's the same product but named differently, I hope. I purchased the cover more for security than any other reason. It's not totally water tight but does a fairly good job of keeping the bed dry. So far, I only had it for less than a week but I do like the look of it on my 2016 F-150 short bed Lariat.

Installed in a short bed 2015 F-150. Unit appears to be quality made, fit & finish good, & it's certainly very easy to install. After a car was I did find the drain tubes are included for a reason. Without them I got some water in the bed (not much) so I went back & put them on. I put each one down to about 4", carefully wound the drain end into the truck's stake pocket hole & then attached the other end of each tube to the rail nipple on each side.

Exactly what I wanted and even better than expected! The G2 Is the way to go of you are looking for a sleek and secure bedcover. Unlike most bedcovers you don't have to remove the whole thing to carry a large item. Just flip it back and load it up! Only had it about a week and get more compliments on the Bakflip than I do the new truck! Installation was a breeze. Only took about 20-30 minutes. Highly recommended if you are in the market for a bedcover.
