BakFlip MX4 Tonneau Cover 448120

Cover was damaged when I received it. They sent me a new cover, the new one was good. After installing it, I am happy with the product.

I love my bed cover and the BakFlip is really easy to install and use. I did also get the Bakbox which is hard to access unless you open up the entire cover. I also, don't like that the cover covers the back window when fully pulled back. Regardless, it is a great cover and I'm really happy with it.

Thanks for the military discount. Packaging looked great but did have 1 small plastic clip for prop up rod broken when opened up and inspected. Called 1 800 number enclosed and received new clip and an extra within 2 days. Cover looks great and am well satisfied.

The installation instructions are a little weak but nothing you cant figure out. Other than that... look, quality, and everything else is better than expected.

Pretty simple and straight forward install, instructions were clear as day and very well said. So far I am very pleased with the install and overall quality of the cover and I do not expect that to change.

I had found a bakflip mx4 locally and decided its what I wanted. I found a very competitive online price and auto accessories beat it by $10. They also shipped the product out right away and I had it in a couple days. The cover was easy to install, I went online and watched the installation video which was easier for me to follow. So far I have been very happy, the appearance is great. I have not had it in the rain yet, so I'm not sure if it will be completely waterproof, but everything else is great

The directions were easy to follow. The components were high quality and fit my truck very well. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Tonneau-Cover.

Nice product. Ordering was easy and product was delivered when stated. Only issue was with a loose bracket that holds the support rods, but dealing directly with the manufacturer was easy and replacement parts are on there way.

Excellent product, have used it now for about 5 months. Installs super easy and fits very flush. I have been treating it with Aerospace 303 protectant as recommended and works great too. Bed stays mostly dry, not waterproof, but only a very little water entry and only near the tailgate, less than I expected. I like that I can fold it completely out of the way so I can walk around the bed and move stuff around, then close it up tight. Seems very secure.

This is my third bak flip cover and I like it better than the other two because it does not have to be open to use the tailgate.

I really like the quality of it. I've had several comments on how nice it looks and fits. We get pretty rough winters so we'll see how it holds up over the winter. I haven't had the new truck out in the rain yet so I can't tell you how good or bad it'll leak yet, if at all. Based on the reviews I'm hoping it doesn't. Thank you for a fair price on a well made product.

Arrived quickly and the packaging was in good shape. Components well packaged in the box. Used YouTube video to install. Installation was easy. Was missing one of the screws that hold one of the front latches to the cover, but found one in my stash. Everything lined up and with the help of the wife installation was a breeze. Looks great. I like the way it sits down flush with the rail caps. I'd buy another.

Very satisfied with this cover. Does everything they said it would and was easy to install. Love it.

Brother and I installed under two hours. Have ran it through the car wash twice and all four corners leak a little, not enough to soak your gear though. Overall I am satisfied. Will fully know after hunting season how it is.

My overall rating would have been 5 stars, but it is packed poorly and damage was caused during shipping. The one rail was dented pretty good. It took a while to get it back in shape. For suck a high priced item I would think that the packaging for shipping would be better. Under performance rating I had to do 4 stars instead of 5 because the one clip kept sticking and would not latch when you closed the last panel on the the drivers side. After about 10 minutes of adjusting it it latches... once again for such a high priced item I would have hoped for a bit better quality in the clips. I will say this is my second bakflip and I do love them (when the clops work and the rail is not dented). I would recommend the product to anyone and I hope that from my review that things change with the shipping and the quality control improves.

Would never buy from BAK Industries again. I purchased a BAKFLIP MX4 for my 2018 silverado, BAK tells you their covers are not 100% water tight after you purchased one and are having leaking problems. You would think BAK could make a truck cover that does not leak, others do.

Easy instructions to follow. All parts in package. No drilling. Quite while driving no flapping. Well built. Not heavy to take off. Good customer service at AutoAccessoriesGarage.

Not impressed with the fit the lid won't lock when I close it on the last fold and when I adjust it so that it will I can pull it open with out releasing the latch wish I never paid the money for the product.

The cover is nice. The latching doesn’t work quite right and I am going to have to do some shimming.

MX4 looks great on my 2017 Silverado. Instructions made installation easy.

Easy install. Looks good. Not sure on performance yet, time will tell. One quality control issue that BAK is sending out a repair kit to remedy: the weather stripping on the cover where it meets bulkhead strip did not adhere due to shavings in the adhesive. Overall seems to be very nice cover.

This is the second BAK tonneau cover I have purchased. Durability, performance, ease of use, looks, everything.I give it an A+. Installed by myself in about 30 min. Highly recommend BAK flip.

Received the cover and no hardware. Had to wait days to receive hardware and instructions. Poor quality control on the part of BakFlip but AAG was great to work with in getting things settled.

I didn't know what to expect when I purchased this cover. I am totally satisfied with this cover. It was very easy to install, fits perfect and is very high quality and I like its features.

The BakFlip mx4 tonneau cover might seem expensive, but the quality and the looks of the cover made me realize I made the right decision. Precision cut to fit perfectly in my Silverado. I love it. Shipped in a well protected box and not a scratch on it when I received it. This is a cover that comes with a 3 year warranty and not like most other covers that only come with a one year. You won't regret buying this tonneau cover. Be prepared to have a 7/8 drill bit for the trucks 2 plastic bed seal covers on the inside bed. This allows water drain out and not get inside the bed.

Really like the look and function. It hasn't gone through a good dousing yet, so I can't speak to the water resistance, though my skeptical side is leaning towards having some leaks based on my close observance of the fit (I can see light at the corners... yes, I crawled into the bed and shut it ;-). Now, first box contained a rail that was obviously damaged despite a "QA" packing stamp on the box. Gotta step that game up, Bak. Contacted AutoAccessoriesGarage and received replacement from Bak within the week. Very good! So, rails went on as easy as a greased hog, set the cover on them, and... cover holes didn't line up with the brackets. WTH? DEFINITELY not like the video shows it. Well, make it fit or put this off again? Good ole American know how... brute force made it fit and a little more brute force got the knobs on the threads. Once tightened up things seemed to meld themselves into alignment, though I won't be taking the cover off unless it's to replace it. The instructions (written and video) are kinda vague on the front-to-back alignment, but it seems I've got it as close to fitting on each end as is possible.. and then back to my "we'll see when I have a chance to soak it". Love the look! Could have been a little lighter on the wallet.

Very easy to install with very minor tools by myself. Borrowed a pair of hands for about 5 minutes to push down the rails while I tightened the bolts up but I could have done it without it. Make sure to test that everything is water tight by spraying it down with a hose to check for any leaks. Its only been on the truck for about a week but so far so good. I have a drop in liner so I installed the drain plugs out the front of the bed. Be careful not to scratch the paint when you are removing the pop in covers. On the Silverado the rear clamps cant go 6-9 inches from the rear because it would smack the metal framing so mine sit about a foot back.
