Best cover on the Market!

Missing correct parts. One large metal washer & four threaded posts to be exact. Took two trips to hardware store to rectify, this in a strange town as I took delivery in the midst of a cross country trip. Very annoying.

I just installed this about a week ago. We had severe rainstorm yesterday. There was just a little water between the wheel well and tailgate. It was not enough to run out into the bed. It was right along the edge. If it doesn't leak and worse than that as hard as it was raining I'll be happy.

Overall the unit looks very nice, some of the parts could be better quality for the price.

I was happy to finally receive my BakFlip cover in February 2021 after ordering it on December 6, 2020.

Son and I installed in 40 minutes after I watched installation video. Looks great, but hasn’t been rained on it yet.

Only have had it 3 weeks but looks like a great product.

Great product, repeat customer had one on my last truck. Love the hidden latches and the clean appearance when closed. Lots better than a roll up style since you don’t lose so much space in the front of the bed. Really like the improved catches for the full open prop rods. Definitely will recommend this product!

Excellent install instructions. Rails were a bit of a challenge due to the plastic cap that comes with the F250 product line. A second set of hands would definitely have made the installation of the rails much simpler. I had to use some vinyl tubing and a heat gun to install drainage for the rails through the factory holes in the bed for drainage; the provided tubing was too large. My only concern - and maybe this is expecting too much - was that the contents of the bed were wet after going through a car wash. Normal rainfall and 400 miles, all contents were dry.

First, everything I needed was in the box which came when it as promised. I watched a few YouTube videoclips while I while I waited for the cover to arrive. I installed the cover by myself with no problems but a helper would have gone faster. The cover looks and fits great and well made. One complaint is the latch pull release is a little hard to release but may improve after use. My biggest question is how water tight the cover is going to be??? Let you know soon.

Easy to install, great fit.

It arrived and after starting to unbox it noticed one of the side rails was bent where the support arm is located. The box it came in did not appear to be damaged. Had to do some bending to get it back straighter but it was not completely straight. The cover support arm rivets are loose because of how it was bent. After clamping in place it appears to be decent. When installing the strap clamp on cab end of the cover was missing one of the screws to attach it. Was able to scrounge around and find something. This should never happen when you are paying this kind of money for anything. Very disappointed with how it was packaged.

Really finished the looks of our truck. We had one on our old truck and absolutely loved it so we had to have another one. Very pleased with looks and quality.

I had a MX4 Revolver on my last truck - but decided on this truck to go with the flip. Might not look as good - but more versatile. Easier to use when on slopes or partially open.

My first Bakflip was for a new 2008 Ford Super Duty. I had that unit on the 2008, a 2011, and a 2014. That original purchased Bakflip would not fit the 2018 Ford Super Duty I now have. I did not even consider another brand cover.

We are pleased with the look and ease of operation of the BAKFlip MX4.
