The day after the cover was installed we had a large load of groceries in the bed. Due to a sudden downpour we had to stop unloading mid stream and buttoned up the truck bed. It rained for two days straight with high winds. We were surprised that the truck bed was dry as a bone when we had a break in the rain. Nothing got wet.

The tonnue pro Hard cover has to be the best fit for the late modal Chevy. I'm 75 and did the install in about 30 to 45 min. The tailgate seal took almost as long. Chevy design not the best. Went thru a high pressure car wash today to get rid of love bugs, only leak was at a bind in tailgate, don't ask. Very happy with the cover.

It would look good but it does not lie evenly flat over my truck bed. There is a slight hump in the middle panel. They should have clamps for the middle panel.

Installation took less than 5 minutes. There were no tool required and the cover looks great on the truck. The aluminum backer and rear locks provide the security I needed to carry my work tools.

Only owned for short time but cover appears to be solid and works well. Ran through carwash to see how water tight and only a little bit of water in bed but appears came from under tailgate. Came with weather strip but have not put on yet. Arrived quickly and with no damage. Installed by myself in about 20 minutes. So far so good.

To make it water tight to the bed a large amount of pressure has to be applied to the hold down clamps. Perhaps more sun exposure will help correct this condition.
