Well built, quality steel. Unfortunately even after defining the vehicle numerous times, the hitch still required modifications to align properly to the vehicle. This was over and above the vehicle modification that was documented. As for attempts to contact the Technical Support - after attempting no less than a dozen times, I never was able to speak to the support staff.

The holes in the hitch were off by about .25 inch so I had to drill them out. Otherwise it is a superb product of the highest quality.
