The receiver hitch is well manufactured. Clean welds, accurate, mounting holes, and quality hardware. Back Instruction sheet was Included in the package However, I had previously downloaded the PDF version from the Curt/NAPA website in order to get an idea of a job and tools required. Insulation was straightforward. Instructions pretty much include every step. For ease of installation, I used locking pliers to temporarily attach the hitch to my floor Jack, clamp the tongue of the hitch to the swivel pad. I made it easy to roll the floor jack under the vehicle and lift it while still having the ability to rotate to line up the holes. Are used a Dremel cut off to trim the facia and undercarriage pieces. Also, I purchased a wiring harness. I did not realize a wiring harness would not route from inside the cabin to under the bumper. He just merely wrap up the cable when not use, but it doesn’t fit neatly. Many people will not need a wiring harness. I installed the harness in case I need to tow a small trailer or pop up. I have not yet use the hitch, but I believe they will perform as designed. Overall a nice appearance. Happy with the product.

First time installing it. My brother and I took a little longer to install because we needed to search for the proper tools.

Excellent - was able to put on myself. It looks great on the car and very easy to insert my bike rack. It is solid and heavy and could pull a very heavy trailer if needed.

Looks good, easy install, nice price. If you take 10 extra min you can cut the bottom panel to make it fit perfect and replace the stock splash guard of the vehicle.
