    I would like to say, that I'm very pleased. The first hornets I ordered did not function properly, because of a defect. I call customer Service about the problem. they ask some questions. Then gave me instructions on what would happen next and what I needed to do on my behalf. After following instructions correctly. I received the new product in 2 or 3 days by UPS.     The product is a perfect fit to my Prius.While the first item I received was not. After a brief interaction with NAPA, however, a replacement was received and all is well. The instructions accompanying the wiring could have been a bit more useful: the pictures were not very helpful; but I trudged my way through and am quite happy with the results.
