I purchased trailer for my 2019 Subaru Ascent. The installation took about 1.5 hours. However, I took my time and watched the installation video a couple of times during the install to validate the progress . The hitch is very heavy and sturdy. Although I have not used it yet, I have full confidence in the stated tongue and pulling capacities.
