The connector is a standard trailer connector, 4 prong flat. Fit and finish were as expected, good quality. The only problem is that the connecting wires are short. Not so short that it's a problem if you are JUST replacing the connector, but if there's a problem where the wires a little further down are damaged, this is not what you want. I found a full trailer kit in the garage and was able to use the wires for THAT repair, but the connector worked fine.
