Dodge Ram 3500 Trailer Hitches & Towing

Hitch arrived a day ahead of its scheduled date. Powder coat was perfect. Took about 40 minutes to install on my own. I had two issues and they were NOT huge, just took a few minutes longer to install. The box arrived and it looked like it had been beat up during shipping. I unpacked the hitch and discovered the top of the supports on the drivers side was bent in. I open it up about 1/4" inch with my vehicle jack to get it square. I also discovered after starting installing the hitch i had to add a 1/8" washer to the small spacer only because of the bend in the support for the bumper. NOT a huge deal just a bummer when you don't have a vehicle lift and you have to install it from the ground and have to keep getting up and down (found out I'm not as young as I think!) other than that it went well. directions are spot on. Ease of installation was spot on. Less than 2 hours to install. All of the bolt holes & hardware lined up, no cutting or extra fabrication required. I highly recommend this gooseneck hitch!

You can't go worng with a B&W hitch, it's just that simple! This is our 2ed one. One in a ford the other in a dodge. Had a bit of problem on installing, called B&W got it done with no problem. They were great.
