Was well packed and came with needed hardware and instructions. It did require notching out the corners of the skid guard but that was mentioned in the instructions. Good overall fit. I haven’t had a chance to use it yet so can’t speak to performance. I’m going to use it for a light duty plow. I’m considering welding a couple of gusset tubes on to prevent twisting/bending the receiver since the plow can put a lot of side load on it. This was a direct fit bolt on part. It is low profile so it does not lower my clearance and works great with the plow. I would recommend it to anyone with a light utility vehicle.

Product was well made, shipped very quick, and fit well - custom fit - great product install tip - fish the bolts supplied by the manufacturer into place first, then use a floor jack to raise the hitch, tighten those bolts (just snug) and then the tow hook bolts fyi - I installed it myself without a car lift (actually lying on a piece of cardboard on my driveway) for my 2000 4wd ford expedition.

Great hitch. Installation instructions were misleading. Required drilling which wasn't a big deal but also required cutting into the truck's frame which cost extra time and money.
