This gate-style shifter uses a plate with stepped notches to stop the shifting mechanism from first, to second, and into drive. An NHRA/IHRA approved reverse lockout means you’ll never throw your B&M Z-Gate Automatic Shifter into reverse by mistake. The trimmable base makes it easy to achieve a fully customized installation in your truck, van, or SUV.
This shifter includes a backup light switch as well as a neutral safety switch. A five foot shifter cable is included for easy installation on your automatic transmission. Backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
