    Overall satisfied with the product, and very easy to install. Only "negative" was reading instructions and learning of need to drill holes in side of bed. Luckily, instructions mentioned no drill bracket option so I ordered that which delayed installing until it arrived. Made install easy and no drilling into my new truck- I just wished I knew about brackets ahead of time to order at same time.

    When I bought your extender, I was under the impression that it was a no-drill install when I started the install, I found out that was an extra cost of $65. When I purchased it, I wanted the no-drill kit that wasn't there. I'm highly disappointed that I did have to drill into my truck bed. As I saw a demonstration on the TV show, Performance TV, no drilling required. Not the case. But I had it and was not going to send it back and not spending another $65 for a kit that no one said I was going to need.

    I had a different version on my old truck. I liked it so got this one for my new truck. It is an easy way to corral stuff in the back where it is reachable. I also use it to tie down cargo.

    This is the second one of these I have owned. The first one had little catches on the side that allowed me to release the bed extender without opening the cover. I like that method better than the way this one is removed, where you lift it up to about 45 degrees and pull out. However since I have a new TonnoPro tri-fold cover which is easier to open than my old cover with snaps it not a big deal.
